Here are the details for the morning fitness sessions:
Date: Every Monday – Wednesday – Friday starting from Monday March 18 until May 3. Break for Ramadan then resumes Monday June 10 until Friday, June 21.
Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am on all 3 days
Location for morning: Community hall of Masjid ar-Rahmah (1216 Hunt Club Rd.) on the lower floor
