Women's Fitness - Morning Classes


The Women's Fitness Program is back! Join us and Dianne Thompson for a 60-minute exercise session every Monday and Wednesday morning.


Here are the details for the morning fitness sessions:

Date: Each Monday and Wednesday, starting from March 1 - April 7

Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Instructor: Dianne Thompson

Location: In the comfort of your home via live Zoom classes

Cost: $24 for 12 classes (that's only $2 per class!)

Further Information: The Zoom link will be sent by email and WhatsApp to each registrant before classes begin.
