Submit a Booking Request For Your Upcoming Event


Here are the steps to follow in order to book our community hall:

(Step 1) Please scroll below and fill out the booking request form.

(Step 2) Within 2 – 3 business days one of our staff will contact you to let you know if the date you selected is available and your booking request can be accommodated.

(Step 3) If your request is confirmed by our staff you will be asked to prepare the payment. At this point your date is booked in our calendar and our staff will work with you to prepare for your upcoming event.

    • Terms & Conditions

      1. AMA reserves the right to cancel any activity that fails to meet the conditions.
      2. The applicant needs to give 7 days’ notice to cancel the event for a full refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours of the event, a 50% refund will be given. No refund for cancellation of < 48 hours.
      3. Rental fees and insurance charges are due in full upon signing and, AMA has the right to refuse the applicant. Reservation will not be confirmed until the full payment is made.
      4. Activities must be limited to facilities/areas assigned for the event.
      5. The people attending the event must not exceed the number specified in the application.
      6. Smoking and alcohol is not permitted at any time inside the building.
      7. The use of equipment must be approved by the AMA in advance.
      8. No music can be played in the community hall at anytime.
      9. No physical fitness or sports related activities are permitted without explicit written permission from AMA.
      10. Based on event, damage deposit will be required, will be used to cover costs related to cleaning and/or property damage during the event. During the event, the RENTER bears responsibility for payment of any fee(s) charged by the Municipality or Fire department for a false fire alarm, or any such emergency.
      11. The applicant is responsible for any loss or damage to the rental area(s), appliances and fixtures, thereof.
      12. During the event, the applicant(s) bears responsibility for payment of any fee(s) charged by the Municipality or Fire department for a false fire alarm, or any such emergency.
      13. The RENTER agrees that it will indemnify and save harmless the AMA from any and all liability, loss, or other damage claims or obligations resulting from any injuries or losses of this nature.
      14. The AMA shall not be liable for liability or damage claims for injury to persons or property from any cause relating to the occupancy of the facility by the RENTER, including those arising out of damages or losses occurring on sidewalks and other areas adjacent to the facility during the term of this rental agreement or any extension of such term.
      15. All AMA equipment such as tables and chairs must be returned to proper storage (determine the specific area with the AMA representative).
      16. All decorations the renter puts up in the hall must be taken down after function, with no pieces of tape left on walls.
      17. Report all damage or difficulties in the use of the facility as soon as possible to the AMA representative.
