Joint Statement on the OC-Transpo Incident
The Muslim Community of Ottawa Gatineau represented by the UMO – OG (United Muslim Organizations of Ottawa-Gatineau) would like to express our deepest sympathies for the victims of the horrific OC Transpo bus crash (bus #269 express).
The victims and their families are in our thoughts and prayers. We would like to extend our condolences to the families whose loved ones have passed away.
We would also like to express our gratitude to the emergency service professionals who are working selflessly to assist those affected in this difficult time.
With deepest sorrow for everyone’s loss and prayers for patience and strength.
