Fitness Class for Female Seniors

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until March 19, 2021
Get fit and stay in shape with this fitness class that is designed for female sisters.
Date: Each Tuesday & Thursday, starting Tues Nov 17, 2020 and ongoing
Time: 9 AM – 10 AM
Instructor: RN Dianne Thompson
Cost: Free; we wish to thank United Way for supporting our programs.

AMA is pleased to offer an exercise class that promotes good health, including Chair exercises, while offering a fun and engaging social program for seniors.
