We’re about to have our next CROSSFIT exercise program that can help you get in shape.

The fitness instructor will lead a group of male youth and men in a rigorous and invigorating exercise routine that is proven to keep you fit, in shape and healthy.

It will be based solely on body weight and will not require any weights. It is based on exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups and their variations, and more.

Here are the details:

Date: Mondays and Wednesdays from March 19 until May 9

Age: For boys and men 16 and older

Time: 7:45 to 9:00 PM

Location: Masjid ar-Rahmah in the community hall downstairs.

Cost: $20 per person. In order to register please visit our community hall during the program on Monday or Wednesday.
